All But Gluten is a family run business focused on providing those who cannot tolerate gluten with wholesome baked goods with only the best quality ingredients.

Nick and Clare started the business in 2021 and it has gone from strength to strength. You can find their produce stocked in a range of cafes and outlets across central Scotland or speak to them directly at a local Farmers Market.

They offer a delicious range of breads, cookies, cakes, and sweet treats as well as a selection of “Cakes in a Jar” No flavourings or colourings will ever be accepted in any of their recipes. The vast majority of their products are free from Palm oil and also soya free.
