Artisan bakery in Lanarkshire.

Bavarian Bakehouse is a bespoke artisan bakery based in Cumbernauld, making from scratch, slowly fermented European breads, rolls, viennoiserie and cakes since 1984.

Stone-based ovens and traditional clay baskets give real taste and crust to the large range of breads and rolls, which are made with wheat, rye and spelt grains. Organic, untreated and unbleached flours are used to make their range of produce.
