Lanarkshire Larder works closely with wider industry groups from Scottish Tourism Alliance to Scotland Food & Drink, Lanarkshire Council and aims to help keep its members up to date with industry events, trends, support, news, and activities. Such details are regularly communicated to members, providing them with invaluable opportunities to engage with the industry and promote their businesses.
ONLINE & IN PERSON NETWORKING EVENTS
Members are invited to Lanarkshire Larder’s networking events. This is a unique chance to meet and speak directly to key food and drink businesses in Lanarkshire. Whilst covid restrictions are in place we are using a Members WhatsApp group to share ideas, collaborate and build a social community. Lanarkshire Larder are the voice of food and drink in Lanarkshire, speaking out on behalf of our members and celebrating Lanarkshire as an exciting and sustainable food region.
WEBSITE, E-MAIL & SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
All members will have their own profile page on the Lanarkshire Larder website. The page will have an overview of your company, images, contact details, map, details on where your product is stocked (if relevant) Members can submit news about their business to be listed on the Lanarkshire Larder Website. We are growing our Social Media activity and encourage all members to provide regular images and news which will be posted on (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).
PR, TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES & LOCAL SUPPORT
PR support to promote collaborative activities that grow Lanarkshire’s Larders food and drink profile. We will be actively looking at PR opportunities to raise the awareness of the group and will inform members of opportunities.Lanarkshire Larder provides its members with access to tailored, subsidised training opportunities: from health and safety guidance to PR/social media and food photography.
EXHIBITING, TRADE FAIRS & CONSUMER SHOWS
Lanarkshire Larder examines opportunities to attend key trade fairs and consumer shows under the banner of Lanarkshire Larder with preferential pitch rates. As covid restriction ease we will be looking at new opportunities for our members to work collaboratively and to raise awareness of the group.

Who are we?
Lanarkshire Larder is the regional food group for Lanarkshire. It brings together a diverse range of businesses, with the aim of heightening the awareness of the variety and quality of food & drink producers, food retailers and food tourism industries in the region.
As a network we aim to support members and feedback as a group to local and Scottish Government.
We plan to increase the consumption and supply of local produce; upskill food and drink businesses; hosting events; improve food tourism.
Our Vision
Enable Lanarkshire to be recognised as one of the leading Regions in Scotland for quality and sustainable food and drink Produce.
Raise awareness of the local food and drink offerings and increase sales of local produce both within and out with the Region.
Become the principal recognised voice of food and drink in our Region – contributing to the local economy by improving sustainability and the local environment.
