John Hannah is the Clyde Valley's only strawberry grower. Established in 1938, Richland Nurseries in Cleghorn produce a two season harvest . They have a reputation of producing quality fruit renowned throughout the Clyde Valley area and beyond.
John Hannah specialise in strawberry table-top production utilising the heated glasshouse structures and more recently the addition of polytunnels. The business has now been growing strawberries for the past 17 years with the third generation of the family John and Louise Hannah carrying on the reputation of producing quality fruit renowned throughout the Clyde Valley area and beyond.
They have a heated spring and autumn crop sourcing the best varieties for flavour. They pick to order daily, to deliver daily. This ensures the quality is never compromised, so that the customer has the freshest strawberry possible.
