The traditional Ayrshire Bacon has an impressive heritage, having been produced using the same methods and cure by five generations of the family. The company, established on the family’s farm, has been on their current premises since 1903.

Ramsay use only ‘Farm Assured’ outdoor bred pigs to produce traditional Ayrshire Bacon, black pudding, sausages, free-range pork and cooked hams – as well as some of the tastiest Haggis in the world. They also supply succulent pork and matured Scottish grass-fed beef, including farm-assured Aberdeen Angus. All their products are available by mail order throughout mainland UK.

They have a beautiful shop in Carluke in Lanarkshire and online sales too. Ramsay’s of Carluke is popular with consumers and top chefs from across the country.
