Ellis Gin was initially created in 2016 by founder Carol Jackson as the base for the highly successful Gin&Mix cocktails. The gin evolved over a period of 18 months and Ellis Gin officially launched in September 2018 as two flavoured, coloured gins.
Their aim is to bring fun and colour to the Gin Market - with two of their gins changing colour when mixer is added. Their Pink Gin has a mesmerising shimmer and their Lemon Gin is described as “sunshine in a glass”.

No.1 Zesty Gin: In November 2021 we introduced our most recent addition to our range this is a lovely zesty gin - distilled with flavours of Mandarin, Orange Blossom and Ginseng
No.2 Scottish Bramble Gin: A beautiful floral gin with a little spice kick – starts off a vibrant red colour and when you add your tonic – it turns to orange. Serve with Ginger Ale ot tonic and garnish with a slice of orange). Shortlisted as the flavoured gin as the year with the Great British Food Awards.
Butterfly Pea Gin: Flavoured and coloured with the exotic Asian Butterfly Pea flower. This is magical and mystical. This gin takes its vivacious blue colour and its herby taste from the flower. Perfect served with Elderflower tonic . Add your mixer to see vivacious blue turn to a luscious lilac. Truly Magical
No.4 Strawberry Pink Shimmer Gin: Launched in June 2019 – our pink gin is subtly coloured and flavoured using strawberries then the mystical shimmer is added. Lovely with Tonic or Lemonade and garnish with strawberries
No.5 Lemon Gin: Launched during the first lockdown in 2020 - Ellis Gin No.5 – has been described as a taste of Summer. Made with the peel of over 140 lemons in each batch. It is naturally distilled to give a distinct lemon colour and a delicious zesty citrus flavour whilst still maintaining the distinct taste of gin. Serve with tonic and a sprig of basil.
